National Urban Road Traffic Equipment Intelligent Engineering Technology Research Center was recently formally established, and will be moved into Hisense R&D center in 2015.

Recently, the State Ministry of Science and Technology announced the establishment list of 2014 annual National Engineering Research Center, and Qingdao Hisense TransTech Co.,Ltd. declared "National Urban Road Traffic Equipment Intelligent Engineering Technology Research Center" successfully. This year, a total of 14 National Engineering Research Center were approved and included in the 2014 national engineering center formation project plan. The National Engineering Research Center is an important component of the national scientific and technological innovation platform in China, which bears the important mission of training talents, technological innovation and leading the development of industry. Hisense TransTech Co.,Ltd. is the only enterprise which established the national engineering technology research in the field of intelligent transportation.
